WPA-K employs a multi-faceted approach to advancing gender equity and women’s leadership by integrating advocacy, capacity building, research, and strategic partnerships. Through policy engagement and legislative advocacy, we work with policymakers and institutions to influence gender-responsive policies and legal frameworks. Capacity-building initiatives focus on equipping women leaders, grassroots organizations, and young professionals with the skills and resources needed for political and economic participation.

WPA-K prioritizes evidence-based interventions, conducting research, gender analyses, and policy reviews to inform its programs and advocacy efforts. Community engagement is central to our work, ensuring that women at all levels—rural and urban—are included in decision-making spaces.
